Substitution Policy

The majority of our photos represent the actual arrangements we design. We design our arrangements/bouquets on demand. While staying true to our photos, there may be instances that may not exactly match our photos. We ensure great care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or higher value. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to seasonality and increased market demand which may affect availability.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

Blooms Flowers & Gifts, LLC will gladly deliver your arrangements and/or bouquets! We are currently delivering within the Albuquerque Area (Albuquerque Metro, Downtown, North Valley, Northeast Heights, Westside). Delivery charges will be added to each order, for each delivery. Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery address. (For deliveries outside the Albuquerque Area, the charge will be higher depending on the recipient’s address). These areas may include Rio Rancho, Corrales, Bernalillo, Placitas, and East Mountain Neighborhoods. Online/Phone orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after 1 p.m. will be delivered the following business day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries requested at specific times of day, however, we cannot guarantee it. Our policy is to deliver to the recipient of your order; we kindly ask our customers to ensure someone will be home or at the place of business to receive your delivery. Only, one-single delivery attempt will be made.

If the recipient is not home nor at work the day/time of our delivery, a missed delivery note will be left; the recipient is then asked to contact us to set up a pick-up time for their flowers. Sunday deliveries available for funeral work only.

Holiday Delivery Policy

To assure on-time deliveries during busy holiday seasons, place your order at least three (3) business days prior to the holiday. (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day) PLEASE NOTE**** Our shop will always be closed on these days.
