Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled at least eight (8) hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund, as long as the order hasn't been created by the florist, sent out for delivery, or already delivered. Orders in progress or same-day orders will not be canceled or refunded.

Refund & Return Policy

Refund Policy (100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee)

Blooms Flowers & Gifts, LLC offers our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every flower arrangement that we design and deliver. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have delivered, simply contact us. We will gladly replace the original arrangement with one of equal or greater value, at no additional charge to you. We will redeliver the new arrangement, on the day that you select, again at no additional charge to you.

 

Return Policy (100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee)

Cut flowers, designed and cared for properly, are guaranteed for five (5) days from date of delivery.  We do not accept returns or give refunds on food/candy/chocolate items or balloons. 

All corsage and boutonniere, wedding Bridal bouquets and arrangements for events are final. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are not able to accept returns nor will we give refunds on these items.

All plant purchases are final.  We will not accept plant returns.

We guarantee that our plants are healthy, disease-free, and of top quality at the time of purchase. We are not held responsible for conditions affecting the health of your plants once they have left our care.
